SPORTS News:Los Alamos County Little League District Playoffs are underway and local teams are off to a strong start.
In the first round of District Playoffs Thursday, the Los Alamos baseball 9-10s beat Santa Fe National 8-4 and the softball 9-10s beat Espanola 15-8.
This year, Los Alamos County Little League is hosting the district and regional girls softball tournaments at the North Mesa Ball Fields.
