The Community stepped out for the 2015 Los Alamos County Fair and Rodeo Parade at 10 a.m. today on Central Aveue.

The Los Alamos 4-H Club took first prize in the parade, with Los Alamos National Bank second and Nancy Parker third. Judges include Claire Roybal, Kurt Steinhaus and Mike Lippiatt. The parade kicks off a full day of celebration today and tomorrow.

Los Alamos County’s first ever rodeo queen Barbara Jean Wilson who was crowned in 1955 was the grand marshall of this year’s parade.
