Los Alamos Contingent Joins ‘Women’s March On Washington Santa Fe’ Underway Until 2 p.m. Today

Staff Report:

A group of Los Alamos residents are participating in the Women’s March on Washington Santa Fe, which got underway at 11 a.m. today just north of The Bataan National Memorial Building in downtown Santa Fe.

The group of mainly women and children is marching to the New Mexico State Capitol where a rally will occur until 2 p.m. today.

The mission for today’s event is: “To stand together in solidarity with our partners and children for the protection of our rights, our safety, our health and our families—recognizing that our vibrant and diverse communities are the strength of our country.”
