CHAMBER News:
Exactly one year and one day after both Los Alamos and White Rock Visitor Centers were closed due to the state COVID-19 restrictions, Los Alamos County and Discover Los Alamos staff are excited to announce they will be reopening both centers Wednesday, March 17.
Visitor Center staff has completed all required New Mexico “COVID Safe Practices” training programs and Discover Los Alamos is New Mexico Safe Certified. Stringent efforts will be made to ensure the constant safety of both staff and visitors.
Both visitor centers will be open regular business hours:
- Los Alamos Visitor Center – 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday;
- White Rock Visitor Center – 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. seven days a week through May, then hours change for the summer.
