The Los Alamos Arts Council will host its third Brown Bag Performance of the season at noon Nov. 1 in Fuller Lodge. The concert will feature the Los Alamos Piano Quartet, led by violinist Brian Newnam.

Members of the Los Alamos Piano Quartet are: Brian Newnam, violinist; Ari Le, violist; Cindy Little, pianist; and Shanalyn Kemme, cellist.  

The program will present exciting, inspirational,and celebrated classical music of composers Johannes Brahms (1833-1897) and Joaquin Turina (1882-1949). These exceptionally expressive pieces of music are considered some of the finest compositions ever written for the piano quartet genre. Local musicians all, the Los Alamos Piano Quartet will offer a fall afternoon of heart-warming music.
 
 Remember, all Brown Bag Series performances are one hour, are informal, and are free to the public. You can bring your lunch to munch.  Follow a Los Alamos tradition, by taking a break from your busy schedule and enjoy gifted performers presenting music to relieve the day’s stress.
