Business News:

Did you get a piece of technology recently, a phone, tablet, DVD player or computer that has you baffled? The folks at Enterprise Computing Systems (ECS) might be the ones to help. The employees of ECS are members of four local families.

“We can set up your phone (iphone or android) to send and receive email, your DVD player to stream Netflix, cajole your computers into sharing folders and printers, clean your computer of malware, and more,” ECS Office Manager Carrie DeBurgomaster said.

Enterprise Computing Systems is owned by Heather and Brady Burke and specializes in home, small business and medical office IT support. The company also designs and sets up networks (wired and wireless), secure remote access into work networks, and other connectivity needs.

“Our Apple Certified employee brings you high quality tech support for your Apple products,” Deburgomaster said.

ECS offers business users secure remote access, server based networks, shared tasks, emergency support, process solutions, backup solutions, and remote monitoring.

The company also offers Okidata printer warranty repairs and Toshiba laptop warranty repairs.

“Many of our home clients have been with us since 1995 when Heather Burke founded Pinon PC Support,” DeBurgomaster said.

Brady Burke began supporting business clients with Enterprise Computing Systems in 1999. The companies were run in parallel, until incorporating as an LLC under “Enterprise Computing Systems, LLC” in April 2008. The Pinon PC name has been kept alive for name recognition in town. All work is now done under the ECS, LLC name. For information, call 505.662.5450.
