Library Safety Improvement Project Underway

Construction to improve safety in front of Mesa Public Library is underway. The roadway between the two library parking lots is temporarily closed. Handicapped parking access will be moved to the Betty Ehart Senior Center next week to allow the contractor to work on the north side of the project area. Handicapped parking at the Senior Center is accessible from Bathtub Row. Pedestrians are urged to use the provided pedestrian pathways and to watch for construction activity. Photo by Carol A.
