Recently we hosted an 80th birthday party for my special day. The Los Alamos Cooperative Market (Co-op) catered our event. The food was fresh and delicious, ready when we asked it to be for pick-up, and packaged thoughtfully.
I am gluten free, and several friends have special food requirements. We were able to accommodate all of them easily due to the careful attention to detail of the kitchen staff.
We served 45 people over a several hour period thanks to dishes that could be heated in turns. People loved the chicken enchiladas, beef dishes, and vegetarian selections. The side dishes were tasty and fresh.
Several friends were surprised that the Co-op has a catering service. The brochure available in the deli area has a wide variety of dishes to order ahead of time. We were incredibly pleased by the convenience and quality. We will find a reason to have a summer party now that we know there is an easy way to host and to be pleased with the food, and confident about the ingredients!
