Mr. Keller, While I am nowhere close to agreeing with you I will say that if and when our government can guaranty that it can protect my family and I, 100 percent of the time in every way and in every situation, than I will gladly give up my guns. 

There is no governmental mandate in either local, state or federal governments to even try and protect us. That being said, the Second Amendment is my mandate and right to self-protection. This is what our founders had in mind when they wrote the 2nd amendment!

Sorry but that is a reality just too obvious to ignore!
