Thank you, thank you,  thank you M. Perotto for bringing this annoying issue to light in the Western Area off Sandia Drive and 40th Street.

I live near UNM-LA and dogs bark anywhere from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m. everyday. I have been woken at all hours of the night by barking dogs.

Please, please dog owners control your dogs. Leaving them out in the yards unsupervised is so not acceptable and a total disrespect for your neighbors.
