I believe I was endowed by my Creator with a brain with which to think, perceive, discern and, yes, to judge. If you live in northern New Mexico and are engaged in the sale, procurement or use of fireworks you are a bloody damn fool.

Furthermore, if you hold an elected office anywhere in northern New Mexico and support the sale, procurement or use of fireworks in your jurisdiction, you are demonstrably unfit for service.
