Leisure Lagoon Opportunities For Homeschoolers

The Los Alamos Aquatic Center offers a great opportunity for homeschoolers within the area to get out and get active at the Leisure Lagoon during weekday mornings.

The Lagoon offers a fun and engaging space for children of all ages to enjoy 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Featuring a two-story water slide, zero-entry and lazy river in comfortable 85 to 86-degree water, children will have plenty of fun while also engaging in physical activity. Time at the Leisure Lagoon also provides a great opportunity to socialize with peers, spend time with friends and make new ones.

Both the physical activity and social opportunities the Leisure Lagoon offers a broad range of benefits, including but not limited to: improved sleep quality, stronger bone and muscle growth and improved cardiovascular health, in addition to improved social and relational skills.

Daily Admission is $3 for Youth (0-17) and $4.50 for Adults (18-49). Punch Passes and Annual Passes may be used for entry as well.
