CASES FOR PUBLIC HEARING:
VAR-2024-0012. Scott and Whitney Pomeroy, property owners, have requested two variances from Los Alamos Development Code dimensional standards, to place a 450 sq. ft. accessory structure (carport) 7-ft from the side property line where 10-ft is minimum; and 6.5-ft. from the dwelling where 10-ft is minimum. The Property, HLV C114, addressed at 374 Garver Ln, White Rock, NM, is within the Hasta La Vista Subdivision and is zoned Single-Family Residential-3 (SFR-3).
