SOLICITATION NAME: SALE AND DEVELOPMENT OF SELECTED COUNTY-OWNED PARCELS
Electronic Proposals in PDF format or one (1) clearly labeled unbound hard copy original (if submitting in paper form), subject to the conditions set forth in the Instructions to Proposers and in the other Solicitation Documents, will be received at the Los Alamos County Community Development Department, 1000 Central Avenue, Suite 150, Los Alamos, NM 87544 until 2:00 p.m. MT, Friday, November 6, 2020 for this solicitation.
Considering the current COVID-19 (corona virus) outbreak, until further notice, the following procedure is in effect: Proposals may be submitted electronically by email in pdf format. All other requirements stated in the Solicitation Document remain in effect. Emails should be addressed to: email@example.com. Subject line of the email must contain the following information: RESPONSE – SOLICITATION SALE AND DEVELOPMENT OF SELECTED COUNTY-OWNED PARCELS
A non-mandatory pre-submission site visit will be held on Friday, October 23 at 11:00AM for any interested parties to tour the site with County staff. It is requested that anyone interested in participating in the site visit pre-register at: firstname.lastname@example.org in order to ensure compliance with COVID-19 restrictions.

No Proposal may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of proposals.
