A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference / Site Visit will be held on:

All Offerors must have a representative attend and sign in at this mandatory pre-proposal meeting or their proposal will be deemed non-responsive. [If Pre-Proposal Conference will be held virtually, meeting link can be found in the RFP section 2.2.3.1.] Virtual Roll Call will be taken in the Pre-Proposal Conference. If there is no Offeror representative to respond during the Roll Call of the virtual meeting, their proposal will be deemed non-responsive. Proposals shall be received no later than 10-28-21 by 2pm at the following address:
