TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the provisions of Sec. 40-8-1 through Sec. 40-8-3 NMSA 1978, et seq the Petitioner Khai Wei Heng will apply to the Honoable Jason Lidyard, District Judge of the First Judicial District at the Santa Fe Judicial Complex, 225 Montezuma Ave., in Santa Fe, New Mexico, at 9:30 a.m. on the 30th day of October 2020 for an ORDER FOR CHANGE OF NAME from Khai Wei Heng to Khaiwei Heng Thresher.
