ORDER EXTENDING CERTAIN DEADLINES LOS ALAMOS COUNTY, NEW MEXICO
This email is a Property Tax Division written order issued under NMSA 1978, Section 7-38-85. You should print and maintain a copy of this email in your files.
Pursuant to my authority under Section 7-38-85 NMSA 1978, I hereby extend the following deadline found in Section 7-38-20(A) of the Property Tax Code with respect to the 2025 tax year only:
1. The deadline for the Los Alamos County Assessor to mail the Notices of Value from April 1, 2025 to no later than May 1, 2025.
