Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Incorporated County of Los Alamos, State of New Mexico, has directed publication of Los Alamos County Code Ordinance 02-367. This will be considered by the County Council at an open meeting on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., at the Los Alamos County Municipal Building: 1000 Central Avenue, Los Alamos, New Mexico 87544. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE INCORPORATED COUNTY OF LOS ALAMOS BY AMENDING SECTION 38-299 OF CHAPTER 38, TRAFFIC AND VEHICLES, RELATING TO THE USE OF HANDHELD MOBILE COMMUNICATION DEVICES WHILE DRIVING, AND REPEALING SECTION 38-315 IN ITS ENTIRETY AND REPLACING IT WITH A NEW SECTION 38-135, RELATING TO DISTRACTED DRIVING
