NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
MIRADOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual meeting of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Mirador Public Improvement District (the “District”) will be held on Friday, July 24, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. using the conferencing application Zoom. The meeting will be open to the public. An agenda for the meeting may be obtained 72 hours prior to the meeting from firstname.lastname@example.org.
At this meeting, the Board will determine, among other things, whether the District should acquire public infrastructure described in the general plan of the District (collectively, the “Series 2020 Project”). In making this determination, the Board will (i) consider the study of the feasibility and benefits of the public infrastructure improvement project, which includes the Series 2020 Project, prepared in accordance with the Public Improvement District Act, NMSA 1978, Sections 5-11-1 to -27 (2001, as amended through 2020) (the “Feasibility Study”) and (ii) hold a public hearing on (a) the Series 2020 Project and (b) the related Feasibility Study.
After the public hearing, the Board may choose to approve those matters and, if approved, the Board shall adopt a resolution approving, among other things, the Feasibility Study and the Series 2020 Project. The title (subject to amendment or substitution) of the resolution is:

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MIRADOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT APPROVING A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE ACQUISITION OF INFRASTRUCTURE BENEFITTING THE DISTRICT; APPROVING FORMS OF DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THE CONVEYANCE OF INFRASTRUCTURE TO THE DISTRICT; APPROVING THE SERIES 2020 PROJECT; AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE AND RECONVEYANCE OF THE SERIES 2020 PROJECT; APPROVING THE SERIES 2020 PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT, TO MEMORIALIZE THE DISTRICT’S OBLIGATION TO PAY THE DEVELOPER FOR COSTS OF THE SERIES 2020 PROJECT; TAKING OTHER ACTIONS RELATING TO THE SERIES 2020 PROJECT AND THE SERIES 2020 REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT.
A general summary of the subject matter of the resolution is contained in its title. The Board has filed the annual statements and estimates, which includes a preliminary budget, for the Fiscal Year 2020-21 (the “Estimate”) with the District Clerk, and may be inspected by contacting email@example.com. The Board will hold a separate hearing on the portion of the Estimate not relating to debt service on special levy bonds and adopt a final budget. Any person impacted by the Estimate may object in writing or in person at that hearing.
