NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION
Notice is hereby given of the title and of a general summary of the subject matter contained in a Resolution, duly adopted and approved by the Mirador Public Improvement District (the “District”) on September 13, 2021. Complete copies of the Resolution are available for public inspection during the normal and regular business hours of the District at the Los Alamos County Building located at 1000 Central Avenue, Los Alamos, New Mexico 87544. The title of the Resolution is:

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MIRADOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF MIRADOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SPECIAL LEVY REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2021, IN AN AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $6,000,000; MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH THE BONDS; AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF AN INDENTURE OF TRUST AND SECURITY AGREEMENT SECURING THE PAYMENT OF AND RELATING TO THE BONDS; APPROVING THE PREPARATION OF A BOND PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND OTHER DOCUMENTATION RELATING TO THE BONDS; DELEGATING AUTHORITY TO MAKE CERTAIN DETERMINATIONS CONCERNING THE TERMS OF THE BONDS AND THE INDENTURE PURSUANT TO SECTION 6-14-10.2, NMSA 1978; RATIFYING ACTIONS HERETOFORE TAKEN AND TAKING OTHER ACTIONS SECURING THE PAYMENT OF AND RELATING TO THE BONDS.
