NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plaintiff has filed a Complaint to Quiet Title and issue an order declaring the Estate of Harriett Jane Atkinson as the record owner of the following property located in Los Alamos County, New Mexico:
4563 Fairway Drive, Los Alamos, New Mexico:

The legal description is as follows:
“LOT NO. 95, WESTERN AREA NO. 1, SHOWN BY MAP OR PLAT THEREOF FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF LOS ALAMOS COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, ON THE 20TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1965, AND OFFICIALLY OF RECORD IN BOOK 1, AT PAGE 66, PLAT RECORDS OF SAID COUNTY.”

All persons having claims to the property are required to file a response with the First Judicial District Court, 225 Montezuma Avenue, Santa Fe, NM, 87501 within four (4) weeks after the date of the first publication of this notice, or a default judgement may be entered by the court.
