NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the following:
HELEN BEATRICE BEGAY, deceased, died on October 12, 2021;
JOYCE BEGAY FOSS filed a Petition for Adjudication of Intestacy, Determination of Heirship, and Formal Appointment of Personal Representative in the above-styled and numbered matter on January 19, 2022, and a hearing on the above-referenced Petition has been set for March 21, at 8:30am before the Honorable Jason Lidyard, First Judicial District Court.
