This project is wholly or partially funded with United States Environmental Protection Agency funds, and therefore must comply with all federal requirements contained in the Supplemental Conditions. Neither the United States nor its department’s agencies or employees is or will be party to this invitation for bids or any resulting contract.
Sealed Responses submitted electronically through the County’s Procurement Portal, subject to the conditions set forth in the solicitation documents, will be received until December 17, 2025, 2:00p.m. Mountain Time for this solicitation. Registering for a vendor account to the County’s Procurement Portal is free and information and instructions to register to download solicitation documents and submit Responses through the County’s Procurement Portal can be found online at the following web address:

A Mandatory Pre-Bid conference will be held on Tuesday, November 18th, 2025 at 9:00a.m. Mountain Time at the County Municipal Building at 1000 Central Avenue, Room 330, Los Alamos, NM 87544. A site visit may follow, if requested.

No Proposal or Bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Proposals or Bids.
