COUNTY OF LOS ALAMOS AND THE LOS ALAMOS COUNTY COUNCIL, D-132-CV-2020-00109 THE FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO, THE ORDERS ISSUED IN CASE NO. SUP-2020-0014 AND CASE NO. SUP-2020-0015 BE VACATED AND THE MATTER BE REMANDED FOR FURTHER PROCEEDING TO MAKE SPECIFIC FINDINGS TO JUSTIFY ITS CONCLUSIONS AND TO EMBODY THOSE CONCLUSIONS IN AN ORDER. THE FIRST DISTRICT COURT FURTHER ORDERED THAT NO NEW PUBLIC HEARING BE HELD IN THIS MATTER, AND THAT NO ADDITIONAL EVIDENCE BE SUBMITTED IN RELATION TO THIS MATTER.
