Case No. SIT-2026-0075, a request for Site Plan approval for construction of a 380-unit residential development and a 6,200 square-foot amenity building on the ±21.9-acre property located at 125 DP Road, Los Alamos, New Mexico and is within the Mixed-Use (MU) Zone District.
