CASES FOR PUBLIC HEARING:
Case No. SIT-2026-0075. Norris Design, on behalf of the Incorporated County of Los Alamos, requests approval of a Site Plan Adoption for property (EA2 A-8-A) located at 125 DP Road. The proposal consists of a 380-unit residential development, including one four-story multifamily residential building containing 237 units; ten two- to three-story garden flat buildings containing 131 units; three two-story townhome buildings containing 12 units; and a 6,200-square-foot amenity building. The property is within the Mixed-Use (MU) zone district.
