1. CASE NO. REZ-2022-0017. A request by Transcor Development Corporation to amend the Los Alamos County Official Zoning Map to rezone two (2) parcels as Mixed-Use (MU). The properties, Eastern Area 3 Q1 and Q2, and commonly known as 2100 and 2202 Canyon Road, respectively, are currently zoned as Multiple-Family Residential, very high-density (R-3-H-40). Combined they total approximately 4.75-acres.

2. CASE NO. CPA-2022-0008. A request by Los Alamos County Community Development, to amend the Comprehensive Plan – Future Land Use Map (FLUM), changing the designation from High-Density Residential to Mixed Use for lots EA3 Q1 and Q2, commonly known as 2100 and 2202 Canyon Road.

3. CASE NO. ZCA-2021-0010. A request for approval of ZCA-2021-0010, an application for a text amendment to Los Alamos County Code of Ordinances, Chapter 16, Article I Section 9, and Article VII Section 287, Section 288, and Section 577 to establish local regulations for mobile food vending. If approved, the proposed text amendment would be implemented through the adoption of an ordinance, Ordinance 02-320.
