CASE NO. HPD-2023-0002. Paul Andrus, applicant, on behalf of Los Alamos County, is requesting review and adoption of an Historic District defining boundaries of an Historic Protection Overlay (HP-O) Zone District per Section 16-9 Historic Protection Overlay Zone District (HP-O), County of Los Alamos Development Code. These boundaries are based on the area of the Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory Historic District (National Register of Historic Places, 1966) and the Los Alamos Ranch School (National Register of Cultural Properties, 1969), and shown in the Architectural Survey, titled “1973 Map”.
