Leadership philosophy was presented by Bob Mason at Fuller Lodge on Thursday during the monthly PMI Otowi Bridge Chapter lunch meeting. Vision, values and sound leadership qualities were a few of the many topics that were discussed.

Bob Mason has more than 35 years of leadership experience from small groups to large complex organizations with multi-million dollar budgets and is the author of Don’t Worry, You Can Do This! What New Supervisors and Managers Need to Know About Leadership and Planning to Excel: Strategic Planning That Works!

The mission of The PMI Otowi Bridge Chapter is to provide a forum for Professional Project Managers to promote the principles of the Project Management Institute through networking with other project managers, sharing project experiences, providing and receiving training, and supporting Project Managers in their certification efforts.
