The 29th Annual Los Alamos Photographers’ Show closes end of day Wednesday, April 30 in Step Up Gallery at Mesa Public Library. In addition to highlighting the work of Los Alamos Photo Club members, the opportunity was given to other photographers who live or work in the Los Alamos area to enter the exhibit.

A Guided Tour by photographers participating in the show was held April 15 and attended by those with interested in techniques, photographic equipment and travel.

In recognition of Pajarito Environmental Education Center’s (PEEC) 25th anniversary, there is a special section of the show for nature photographs of the Pajarito plateau and Los Alamos surroundings.

Step Up Gallery (https://stepupgallery.org) is on the top floor of Mesa Public Library at 2400 Central Ave. The gallery is open the same hours as the library: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 1-5 p.m. Sunday. Admission is free.
