LASO News:

In what has become a popular tradition in Los Alamos, the musicians of the Los Alamos Symphony Orchestra will present their annual Holiday Concert at 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6 at Crossroads Bible Church on East Road.

Under the baton of Don Gerheart, the full symphony will play popular versions of well-known seasonal tunes. Among the favorites are “Sleigh Ride” and “Westward, Ho, Ho, Ho!”

An appealing feature of this special concert is the free raffle drawing open to anyone in the audience—young and old. The winner will stand on the podium, take the baton from Maestro Gerheart and lead the orchestra in “Jingle Bells.”

Also included in this concert is a sing-along.

Doors for the concert open at 6:30 p.m. The concert is a gift from the orchestra to the community. There is no admission charge.
