COMMUNITY News:

Thanks to a generous grant from the Los Alamos Community Foundation: Anchroum Health Fund, the Betty Ehart Senior Activity Center is announcing the opening of an Art Space for older adults to express their creativity.

This vibrant hub is equipped with everything needed to explore one’s artistic side, including craft paper, collage materials, stamps, paints, markers, and colored pencils.

This Art Space is available 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, and the best part is that it’s free to use.

The public is invited to join LARSO, Los Alamos Community Foundation, Chamber of Commerce, and Los Alamos MainStreet for an opening reception, 1-2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 22 at 1101 Bathtub Row.
