LAPS Launches TutorMe For Middle & High School Students

LAPS News:

Los Alamos Middle School and high school students now have access to live, 1:1 tutoring 24 hours a day, seven days a week through TutorMe, where every student should have the support of a tutor who cares.

“This is an excellent resource for our students in grades 7 through 12,” said Dr. Sharon Fogle, Los Alamos Public Schools Director of Curriculum and Instruction. “Every student should have access when they need it to the support that will help them meet their learning goals. We are excited for our students to start utilizing this service.”

TutorMe was built on the belief that no student should ever feel alone in their learning journey.

Founded in 2015, it has become one of the fastest growing online tutoring providers, working alongside hundreds of educational partners to help their students thrive.

The company joined GoGuardian in 2022, “propelling us along on our journey of equipping all students with equitable access to high-quality tutoring.” (Source: https://tutorme.com/company)

Students may access TutorMe through their Clever portal. After they request a live tutor, they will answer a few quick questions to help TutorMe find the best match tutor for them. Once they are paired with a tutor, the students will move to the Lesson Space where they will have access to all the tools they need for their tutoring session.
