LAMS Seeks Student Applicants For MASH Program

Los Alamos Medical Center (LAMC) is accepting applications for its 2023 Multiple Avenues for Successful Healthcare (MASH) student program.

Eligible high school sophomores, juniors and seniors interested in learning more about careers in healthcare are encouraged to apply.

This one-week interactive job shadowing experience will occur on the LAMC campus June 5-9. Students selected for the program must be able to devote from approximately 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. that week. 

During the week students will attend presentations by healthcare staff and participate in interactive activities within multiple departments of the hospital. Students will get a true exposure to healthcare careers through this program.

A detailed day by day schedule will be provided to students accepted into the MASH program.

Applications may be found with LAMC’s Human Resources Office and on the Los Alamos Public Schools Counselor website.

Completed applications must be returned in person or via email no later than Friday, April 28.
