LALT Postpones ‘Glitter Girls’ Performances Through Sunday

LALT News:

Los Alamos Little Theatre (LALT) is postponing its performances of “The Glitter Girls” scheduled through Sunday.

“Concerns around the coronavirus pandemic are real and evolving rapidly. Many activities are being affected,” LALT Board President Craig Taylor said. “In consultation with the director of the Glitter Girls and the rest of the LALT Board of Directors we have decided it is prudent, reasonable, and the right action to postpone this weekend’s performances.”

Taylor said LALT would refund patrons for tickets already purchased or credit them for another performance date. He said LALT hopes “The Glitter Girls” will resume performances March 21.

The postponed shows will be re-schedule at a later date. Taylor emphasized, however, that the situation surrounding the coronavirus is changing dynamically and decisions will be made appropriate to the circumstances and knowledge available.

“We are taking this action out of concern and caution for the health of our patrons, cast and crew. We believe it is the responsible thing to do,” Taylor said.

Updates will be provided as they are available and also posted on the LALT webpage, www.lalt.org
