The Los Alamos Jewish Center proudly presents the 2013 Community Seder at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 26 at the Betty Ehart Senior Center
The community is invited to join the LAJC celebrate the second night of Passover with a great story, great food, socializing and Afikomen prizes for young children.
Rabbi Jack Shlachter will lead the Seder. The Community Seder will be catered by Walter Burke Catering of Santa Fe.
Menu:
Ø Openers: Crudités with Lemon Hummus, Gefilte Fish with Red/White Horseradish, Matzo Ball Soup, Arugula and Red-leaf Greens with Sherry Vinaigrette.
Ø Entrees: Kosher Brisket with Mushroom and (not spicy) Ancho Chile Demi Glace, Citrus lacquered Salmon with Meyer Lemon Salsa or Portobello Napoleon with Balsamic Reduction; Potato Kugel, Roasted Carrots and Asparagus.
Ø Dessert: Almond Coconut Macaroons, Chocolate Dipped Apricot, Flourless Chocolate Ganache Torte Squares.
Cost: Please make checks payable to LAJC Community Seder

Ø $40 per adult non-member
Ø $10 member children 5-12 years old; $20/non-member children; no charge for children 4 years old and under
