LAHS News:
Los Alamos High School today expressed appreciation to four Topper Parent Organization (TPO) mothers for their years of volunteering at Los Alamos Public Schools.
LAHS Principal Sandy Warnock presented certificates of appreciation and bouquets of flowers to Janine Tulenko, Gloria Dunning, Laura Bohn and Diane Harte, all of whom have volunteered at their children’s schools since elementary level. Their students, Jack Mockler, Daniel Dunning, Jessie Bohn and Amber Groh are all graduating June 1.
“We really appreciate all your hard work for our students and staff,” Warnock said. “Our staff is very grateful for the staff wish list items TPO provides for us every year, and of course the incredible food for staff appreciation events.”
Cecilia Frank is heading up the TPO for the 2013-2014 school year. All interested parents are welcome to participate and may contact Frank at pruna153@aol.com.
