LAHS Hilltalkers Seeking To Raise Funds Through Krispy Creme Donut Sales

LAHS HILLTALKERS News:

The Los Alamos High School Hilltalkers invite the community to enjoy a taste of Krispy Kreme Donuts and to help raise funds for the Hilltalkers’ future transportation and travel needs.

Members of the Hilltalkers are selling these famous glazed donuts for $10 per dozen. Pre-sales of these tasty donuts end Wednesday but if you do not get an opportunity to reserve your box of donuts, you may purchase these delectable treats 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Los Alamos Arts and Crafts Fair at Los Alamos Middle School.

The Hilltalkers wish to thank the Los Alamos Arts Council for their support in allowing them to sell donuts at the Arts and Crafts Fair. 

“We are grateful to have such strong community support,” Coach Margo Batha said. “We look forward to raising essential funds for travel with this donut sale.”

Hilltalker community events raise vital funds for sending students to compete around the state and beyond. Having just returned from several local tournaments in New Mexico where the Hilltalkers had some excellent results. Team members are busily preparing for a busy second semester that will culminate in state and district competition. Both the LAHS Hilltalkers and the LAMS Hawktalkers have experienced exciting growth in numbers and participation in the past few years.
