SPORTS News:

While the Los Alamos High School Varsity and JV Cross Country teams were at the Pat Amato Meet in Colorado, the Girls and Boys C-Teams competed Saturday, Oct. 9 in the JV and Varsity races at Los Lunas High School.

The ‘Topper Girls and Boys won their respective JV races on the hilly, sandy, 5k Los Lunas course, with freshman Duane Sena and senior Lanee Gunn as individual winners.

The Girls that ran the Varsity race placed 5th out of eight teams – a fine performance for the ‘Topper C-Team runners! Sophomore Lucy Kelly lead the ‘Topper Girls in running in the Varsity race.
