LAAC News:

Los Alamos Arts Council sponsors and produces the 2018 Northern New Mexico Arts Fair, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Nov. 17 at the Los Alamos Middle School, 2101 Hawk Dr.

Artists from around New Mexico and some from out-of-state will present their art and handy work for the early holiday shopping enjoyment of the public. Art works range in price from $5 to $1,000.

The fair also will feature live music (flute ensemble and a string quartet) and food vendors. There is no admission charge and no parking fee. Patrons park in the regular Los Alamos Middle School parking area. The fair is in the gym and the cafeteria.

Due to student safety, patrons will need to walk from the parking lot to the south side of the middle school and enter the craft fair from that side.

Limited parking will be available along the school bus turn lane.  Patrons cannot enter the fair through the main building.

The Los Alamos Arts Council, a 501c3 non-profit corporation and public charity that, for 50 years, has supported creative arts activities in Los Alamos. LAAC has produced arts fairs for almost five decades.
