LAAC News:

The Los Alamos Arts Council invites children of the community to audition for this year’s Missoula Children’s Theatre production of “Peter and Wendy.”

Auditions are free, and will begin promptly at 10 a.m. Monday, July 23, at Crossroads Bible Church. Registration for auditions begins at 9:30 a.m., or early registration can be done at www.losalamosartscouncil.org. Early registration does not guarantee a child a spot but will allow them to go quickly through the lines at registration.

Children entering first grade through 12th grade in the fall of 2018 are encouraged to audition. No preparation is needed for auditions, just a smile and a great attitude. Participation fees for children cast in the show will be collected after they receive their parts and range from $35 to $45. Discounts for additional family members are available. Parents should send their child with water and a sack lunch in the event that they are required to stay for the second half of the day.

For more information, call 505.663.0477 or email laarts@rt66.com. Also, visit LosAlamosArtsCouncil.org.

The Los Alamos Arts Council is a 501c3 non-profit corporation founded in 1968, with a mission to support and foster the arts in Los Alamos County and Northern New Mexico.
