Karina Duque is hosting a Breathwork & Sound Healing Ceremony, noon to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 16, at the Unitarian Church of Los Alamos.
This gathering intends to bring together a powerful circle of kindred spirits who are ready to rise above the noise, come home to the breath, and remember who they truly are.
The experience will be unique for each participant, with the potential for new insights, fresh energy, and a vibration that no machine or algorithm could ever replicate. This is human. This is Divine. This is the remembrance of one’s true self.
In addition to individual experiences, when people gather in love and intention, they don’t just heal themselves; they uplift the land, the community, and the collective. That’s another component of this gathering, to shine light and uplift the energy of globally relevant Los Alamos.
