Julie Williams-Hill, the longtime Public Information Officer (PIO) for the Los Alamos Department of Public Utilities, has been named the new PIO for Los Alamos County.

She replaces Julie Habiger who retired in August after serving in the position for nearly 21 years.

Williams-Hill officially begins her new job Sunday, Nov. 14.
