Julia Baker For School Board Event Sept. 5

From the Julia Baker for School Board Campaign:

The community is invited to attend a Meet and “Treat” with District 4 School Board candidate Julia Baker 6-7:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 5 at Pueblo Canyon Inn, 199 San Ildefonso Road.

District 4 includes the Barranca and North Mesa areas.

Meet Baker and discuss questions or concerns about the school board and the upcoming election. Dessert will be served.

Baker is active in PTO, a frequent volunteer in the schools and taught 5th grade previous to becoming the mother of five children. As a school board member, she said priorities would be to support those policies and budget choices that are best for students and staff and to improve communication with the community.
