2021 International Folk Art Market Seeking Volunteers

IFAM News:

SANTA FE — Volunteer registration is open to participate in the world’s largest folk art market—the International Folk Art Market (IFAM), which runs July 7-11 and July 14-18. in Santa Fe

IFAM is seeking volunteers in a variety of categories, including Poynt Cashiers, First Aid and COVID Safe Practices Team, Front of House Team, Interpreters, Volunteer Coordination and Check-in, Airport Greeters, Handypersons, Art Valet, Bike Valet, Production and Market Signs and Booth Supplies.

“Just as we’re thrilled to welcome back artists and art lovers, we’re honored to extend an invitation to our volunteer team,” IFAM CEO Stuart Ashman said. “The 2021 event will be slightly different than past events, but we know it will offer an incredibly rewarding experience to volunteers, as they get to experience being a part of a global community. Likewise, we are afforded the friendship, expertise and skills of our talented team of volunteers and are incredibly grateful for their selfless efforts.” 

The International Folk Art Market offers the opportunity for volunteers to work with artists from 50 different countries, as well as to create a sustainable impact on the lives of these artists, their careers and the world as a whole.

IFAM will be held outside at the Milner Plaza on Museum Hill in Santa Fe. People will be able to buy tickets for a specific block of time, with a maximum of 200 guests in attendance at any one time.
