A limited number of furnished units are set aside for UNM-LA students at Ponderosa Pines Apartments. Full-time students enrolled in a degree program and in good standing with the University are eligible.

The Ponderosa Pines apartments that are reserved for students are fully furnished and offered at a discounted rate.
