Home Instead: ‘The Rock To End Alzheimer’s’ Aug. 27

Alzheimer’s News:

The Rock to End Alzheimer’s 2023 fundraiser is shaping up to be an incredible event that promises to bring together music lovers and supporters of a great cause.

Here are a few key points:

The event is set to take place 5-9 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 27 at the Santa Fe Brewing HQ, which promises to be a fantastic venue for the day’s festivities.

Funds raised during the event will go towards supporting two important organizations: the Alzheimer’s Association New Mexico Chapter and the Life Circle Adult Day Center. Both of these organizations provide vital services to those affected by Alzheimer’s and their families, so your support will go a long way.

You’ll be treated to an amazing lineup of musical acts throughout the event, including Free Range Buddhas, Alter Apex, Mineral Hill and Broken G String. Each of these bands brings a unique energy to the stage, so you’re sure to find something to love.

20+ generous organizations have come together for this exciting event including, Home Instead, EGIS Complete Care, Presbyterian Home Health, Montecito Santa Fe & more. More event info and ongoing updates can be found on their Facebook page.

There will be plenty of food and drink options available throughout the event, so you can stay fueled up and ready to rock out all day long.

Finally, it’s worth noting that events like this rely heavily on the support of volunteers. If you’re interested in getting involved and helping out in any way you can, be sure to reach out to the organizers and find out how you can lend a hand. Every little bit helps!
