SPORTS News:

The Hilltopper varsity softball team traveled to Santa Fe Indian School last weekend for a round robin format tournament.

The girls kicked off the tournament against Navajo Prep Friday afternoon with an easy 14-0 win.

On Saturday they played two games, a morning game against Albuquerque Academy and an afternoon game against Shiprock.

Saturday’s game against Academy came down to the wire with a final score of 6-5.

The afternoon game was another blowout victory with a final score of 16-0.
