Los Alamos Retired and Senior Organization (LARSO) announces the upcoming Festival of Trees. Have you saved the date, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov.18 for the 2023 Festival of Trees at the Betty Ehart Senior Activity Center? This annual event is a joint program of LARSO and the Champions of Youth Ambitions (CYA).

Each year an incredible community of volunteers create and donate the most beautiful holiday decorations including extravagant and fun trees, stunning wreaths, hand-crafted items and much more to bid on for silent auction to raise money for these two important organizations in our community.

We will again sell gorgeous poinsettias to add a splash of color to your home this holiday season. Our seniors will be sharing yummy baked goods they enjoyed during their youth and your kids (or even YOU!) can get a photo with Santa.

This is an event not to be missed that supports two local non-profits that benefit a large part of our community.

2023 Festival of Trees Schedule

• 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Nov. 13-17 – Come in and place your first bids on trees/wreaths; and
• 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Nov. 18 – Enjoy the festivities while you watch your tree/wreath of choice to be the winner.
