Los Alamos Senior Activity Center, in partnership with the Los Alamos Little Theatre, presents the premiere performance of GRAMPY’S OATMEAL by local playwright Robert F. Benjamin. The staged reading will be performed by Abbie Johnson as “Jamie” and Eric Bjorklund as “Grampy”.
In this brief comedy, a sassy school girl struggles to figure out why her Grampy is eccentric. Of what value to her is his whimsy? Will she embrace her grandfather’s quirky beliefs?
The free, live performances are:
- 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8 at White Rock Senior Center
133 Longview Drive in White Rock; and - 1:15 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10 at Betty Ehart Senior Center
1101 Bathtub Row in Los Alamos.
Each performance will be immediately followed by a lively audience talkback with cast and playwright.
